Likely improver with strong prospects. AMERICAN GUY (2) settled well back last start and never threatened when 6 lengths from the winner in seventh over 5f at Louisiana Downs Turf (Turf). Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time. ALGEBRA (4) is a nine-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Karen E Jacks yard. Resumes after filling a minor placing at his latest outing five months ago at Sam Houston Park (Dirt). Hasn't trialled publicly but is in a nice race. Should feature in the finish. MR TEXAS CHARM (5) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 5f at Evangeline Downs, beaten 6 lengths. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race.
