GOLDEN CITY (12) scored an impressive win by 7 lengths when resuming from a lay-off last time out over 7f at this track (Dirt). Fitter for that last hitout and looks sure to be in the finish again. CALL ME SUSAN (8) raced on pace for much of the way before fading in the straight to finish fourth, beaten 8 lengths, over 6f here last time. Rates highly and deserves another chance. SACRED SAINT (6) drifted well back last start then wound up strongly to finish fifth, beaten 5.5 lengths, over 6f at Evangeline Downs (Dirt). Among the chances and will be tough to stop. LONG SHOT LOUISE (1) was in contention on the corner and finished third last time over 5½f at this track (Dirt) when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 4 lengths. Placed to advantage so expect another forward showing.
