Fitter and well-placed to turn things around. CLASSIC WARRIOR (3) drifted well back and failed to finish it off last start when fifth, beaten 15 lengths, over 7f at this track (Dirt). Ideally placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. HELLO HOT ROD (4) has not won for a long while. Last raced on June 12 when beaten 5 lengths into fourth at Evangeline Downs (Dirt) over 5½f. Faces an easier assignment so he is a major player. HEARTTHROB HALO (2) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a fourth over 6f at Evangeline Downs (Dirt). Has the class to produce a better result.
