COOKN WIT CATMAN (1) returns from a lay-off after finishing off the last campaign in solid form including a narrow defeat over 1m1f at Fairgrounds (Turf) last time out. Can pick up where he left off. DROMAS (2) ran out of his skin at his latest outing when second over 6½f in stakes class at Evangeline Downs (Dirt) after being in the firing line on the turn. Won't find this as tough so he is a major player. SAM'S PROMISE (6) has accrued two minor placings from three runs this campaign. Was prominent throughout and finished 0.3 lengths from the winner in second last start over 1m at Evangeline Downs (Dirt). Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. RUNNIN MUNNIN (3) finished fourth when resuming from a lay-off for a new stable and tackling a turf track for the first time at Evangeline Downs over 5f last start. Will be better for the experience and is a definite each-way hope.
