Race Tip

VYPER (8) broke his maiden four starts back and has not been far away since, most recently when beaten 0.1 lengths into second over 1f130yards at this track (Dirt). Cruz Mendez stays aboard. Expecting a bold showing. BP HAIL MARY (2) is a genuine two-year-old filly who resumed with a solid third last time out at this track (Dirt) over 1f130yards. NEXT NORCO (5) is a talented colt who tackled a tougher race at his last run on July 26 and finished ninth behind Mayor Humdinger over 1f130yards at Group 1 level at this track (Dirt). Should camp just off the leaders. One of the main contenders. TERRY MESU (6) is a two-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Kelly Castaneda yard. Most recently finished in the placings at Ruidoso Downs (Dirt) before going for a break. Hasn't trialled publicly but looks well placed. Can run a bold race.
