SILENT CALL (7) is a three-start maiden who resumed from a lay-off last start and was beaten 3.5 lengths when fifth over 6f at Doomben. Fitter for that outing and is a great chance to break his maiden status. ALMALIKAT SARAH (9) was unplaced on debut then last start finished second over 7f at Beaudesert after being in contention on the corner. Must raise the bar but another big run is on the cards. CLASSIC SHIRAZ (10) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 7f at Gold Coast, beaten 4 lengths. Strips fitter and can take this out. SHIRLEY PEARLY (14) was fair on debut last start when sixth over 5½f at Gatton. Tackles a longer journey this time. Don't underestimate.
