FOO FIGHTER (6) finished fourth two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 7¾f at Grafton, beaten only half a length after being in contention on the corner. Finds a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort. NEXT PAY RUN (13) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at Ballina over 6½f after being in the firing line all the way. Finds a suitable race and can go on to take this out. MR CROWNING MOMENT (8) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 2.5 lengths when fifth over 7¾f at Grafton two-and-a-half weeks ago. Likely improver with strong prospects. I DOUBT IT (15) did little and finished 7 lengths from the winner in seventh over 1m at Sunshine Coast last start, a less impressive effort than her sixth on debut at Ipswich the run before. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time.
