Plenty of scope for improvement and is a great chance to break through. DARK POOL (2) finished third last time over 1m1f at this track (Turf) when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 1.5 lengths. Beautifully placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. INDEPENDENCE WAY (5) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 8 lengths away in eighth over 1m at Pimlico. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
