BOLSHIE (1) is a 16-start maiden who could only manage to finish fifth at his latest appearance over 7f125yards at Sale after he got a long way back in the run. Well placed on this occasion and gets his chance to break the ice. PICK WISELY (3) drifted well back then came with a powerful run to finish 2. 5 lengths from the winner in second when resuming last start over 6½f at Ararat. Watch for another barnstorming finish. ZAMPARINI SPIRIT (6) hasn't raced since a minor placing at Sandown-Hillside over 7½f five-and-a-half weeks ago. Kept ticking over with a placing in a recent trial at Balnarring. Well placed and is expected to feature. TITAN'S SPIRIT (5) was in the firing line on the bend and finished third last start over 1m at Pakenham, beaten 2. 5 lengths. Will be rock-hard fit. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
