RUNWAY RULER (7) improved last time out, finishing 2. 25 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 7f at Ballarat after being in the firing line on the turn. Nicely placed to take this out. RYANMAN (5) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7f at Cranbourne, beaten 5 lengths into seventh. Ideally placed and is sure to play a major role. SEATTLE HOPE (8) fought on well for third last start over 7f at Wangaratta, making it two minor placings in a row. Jake Duffy who has scored on her three times retains the mount. One of the main contenders. ELVIS (3) finished third two runs back at this track then improved last time out to score by 1. 75 lengths as favourite over 7¼f at Kilmore. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race.
