GRAND MILLESIME (6) produced a good effort when narrowly defeated last time at Donald over 6¾f. Leading chance. CARDAMOM (4) produced a nice effort on debut in better company last start over 6f at Kilmore when second, beaten 3 lengths. Nicely drawn so she should be in the finish again. GROOVY GRAN (7) three-year-old filly by Toronado from Avozinha on debut. Luke Nolen to ride is a good lead. Rates well coming off a Caulfield Heath trail placing. SOURCE OF DELIGHT (2) is a four-start maiden who finished fifth, beaten 4. 5 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at Pakenham. Definite top-three hope with plenty of improvement to come.
