BALLON D'OR (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7f at Ballarat, beaten 3 lengths into fifth. Finds a nice race and can find winning form. SUMMER NIGHT (12) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race last time out, finishing second and beaten only one length over 1m at Kilmore after being in the firing line on the corner. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. MAMUNO (2) finished third two runs back at Kilmore then improved last time out to score by half a length over 7f67yards at Kilmore. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. PLATINUM DESTROYER (6) drifted back from his wide draw last time then hit the line hard to finish third at Avoca over 1m1 1/4f. Must be included.
