Untried at this journey but strips fitter and is expected to feature in the finish. JABBAWOCKEEZ (1) has been freshened up since finishing 11th over 1m4 1/2f in the G3 Archer Stakes at Flemington. Kept up to the mark with a recent Penshurst trial placing. Serious threat. FINALE (13) finished second at Mornington two runs back but was less effective last time over 1m at Moonee Valley, finishing 8 lengths back in tenth. Ideally placed and is sure to be there at the finish. COMPRESSING (6) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 1m at Moonee Valley, beaten 6 lengths. Fitter so a likely improver.
