SNAPPY TYCOON (1) showed good early speed and raced on the pace last start before fading to finish sixth, beaten 3.5 lengths, over 5½f at Bendigo. Will push forward and is among the chances. SELF SERVE (6) was a winner over 5f at Warrnambool last time, racing on the pace before getting the upper hand and scoring by a head. Cannot be underestimated.
