PREVAILED (3) returned from a lay-off two weeks ago when he was in contention on the corner before being beaten 6 lengths into seventh over 6½f at Sandown-Hillside. Faces an easier assignment so he is a leading contender. SNIPPETY LEGEND (9) was beaten 8 lengths into sixth over 7f at Horsham at his latest appearance. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
