MR ZIGMUND (9) wound up strongly last time out to finish a long neck adrift in third over 1m5f at Cranbourne. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Expecting a bold showing. TWOTOODLOU (2) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m3f at Ararat, beaten 4.5 lengths into fourth. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. THE OYSTER (8) missed the placings two runs back then was never in contention last start when 17 lengths away in tenth over 1m2f at Cranbourne. Finds a nice race and can get the job done. SUFFOLK STAR (1) is going well with two minor placings from three starts this prep. Finished one length from the winner in second last start over 1m3f at Geelong. Looks well placed so expect another big run.
