WORTHY ESSGEE (4) doesn't win very often but ran a nice race last time out over 5f at Goondiwindi, finishing second and beaten a neck. Meets some better types this time but a win is not out of the question. THE SHAMAN (2) saluted at Dalby two runs ago. Fair effort last time out when in the firing line on the bend before finishing third over 6f at Goondiwindi, beaten 2.25 lengths. Goes up a rung or two but he is good enough. ZIN ZAN READY (7) was in the placings when a length away from the winner last time at Goondiwindi on a soft ground and gets some weight relief here. Gets back but will wind up late. Should be competitive. DUSTYIAM (9) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6¾f at Ipswich, beaten 10 lengths into 11th. Capable of featuring prominently.
