SCHILLER SALUTE (3) missed the placings two runs back then didn't feature last start when 10 lengths away in seventh over 5f at Bendigo. Has the class to find the winners' list. WAGUNDA (9) has been in good form, scoring three back at Dederang then placing twice in a row, most recently finishing second over 6f at Berrigan. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he deserves plenty of thought. FUGACITY (13) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 4 lengths when fourth over 5f141yards at Geelong four days ago. This is a nice drop in grade so he is likely to play a big role. VIA CAPO (1) sat close to the pace last time out but faded to finish fourth, beaten 3.5 lengths over this journey at Warrnambool. Can do much better.
