AZZURRI (10) started this prep with a win two runs ago. Fair effort last time out when prominent at the corner before winding up in fourth over 7f at this track, beaten 2 lengths. Chad Little gets the best out of this five-year-old gelding. Taking on a better field but he is up to the task. AFRICAN PRINCE (9) ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 6f at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Meets a stronger field but he is worth serious consideration. SUN DAZED (2) is back from a break of nine weeks. Closed last campaign with a narrow defeat over 6f at this track. Among the better hopes. MONT LOISIR (4) turned in a much better effort last time out to score by a nose over 6f at this track. Well placed to feature in the finish again.
