DUMBLEDORE (4) bounced back last start and landed the prize by 1.75 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn as favourite over 6¼f at Durbanville. No reason he cannot salute again. ARCTIC WIZARD (9) had been racing consistently with two minor placings on end prior to finishing fourth most recently over 5f at Durbanville. Back to the track at which he finished third two runs back. Has never missed the frame at this venue, including two wins. Winning claims on best figures. NORDIC CHIEF (8) saluted at the first run back from a lay-off last start over 5f at Durbanville, scoring by 1.3 lengths. Has been given a let-up of five-and-a-half weeks since that outing. Fitter for that last hitout and cannot be ruled out.
