ABLE YELLOW (1) looks close to a win after finishing in the money at both runs, the latest when second at Goulburn over 6f. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Sure to be in the finish. CHANNELLING (9) returned last time with a solid second at Hawkesbury over 6½f. Nicely placed to take this out. RUBILACE (8) settled well back last time out then found the line strongly to finish 3.5 lengths away in fourth over 6f at Nowra. Solid top-three hope. JASON DARREN (4) is ticking along okay with two runs this time in. Improved last time out when second, beaten 1.4 lengths, at Scone over 6f. Meets a tougher line-up this time but is among the better hopes.
