BENDRODT (6) is back after a break of four-and-a-half months. At the last run before the layoff he finished tenth over 7f at this track. Ran fourth in a recent trial at Warwick Farm. Set for a bold return. HERAION (12) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Beaumont (Newcastle), beaten 5 lengths into sixth. Has her share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. TOYBOX (1) faced the starter for the first time and finished seventh last start at Wyong over 5½f, beaten 3 lengths. Will take a lot from that last run and is worth following up.
