BRAZEN EMPRESS (3) hasn't raced since finishing sixth over 1m at Pinjarra on May 22 and has since switched trainers. Goes very well when fresh from a lay-off, scoring on two occasions from four starts. Very hard to beat. EEVALINA (1) ran below expectations last time at this track, finishing sixth and beaten 3 lengths starting at 6/1. Finds a nice race and can bounce back. SECRET ATTIRE (4) was always well back last time and never really threatened when sixth over 6f at Pinjarra. Today's rider Natasha Faithfull has a decent record aboard this five-year-old mare so sharp improvement will not surprise. PRECAST (10) didn't do a bad job when fifth last start over 6f at Pinjarra. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Worth plenty of thought.
