DAITANNA (13) turned in a sound effort last time but found one better at this track over 5½f, beaten 1. 5 lengths. Is in solid form this time in work, scoring two times and placing on three occasions from seven starts. Leading contender. KEEP SAFE (4) has not appeared since he finished fifth over 6f at Eagle Farm on November 8. Yet to win when resuming but generally runs well with two minor placings from four tries. Rates highly and should take some beating. FOR BETTER (15) wasn't disgraced in city class last time when finishing fifth at Eagle Farm. Meets easier opposition this time. Should measure up. VIALE (6) won at Toowoomba two starts ago but was below her best at a more recent appearance, finishing fifth over 5½f at Toowoomba. Yet to miss the placings in two starts over this course and distance. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time.
