LADY THINKABELL (4) came home strongly last start to finish second, beaten half a length, over 7f at Sunshine Coast when coming back from a lay-off. Should be winding up late again. LUNE D'EXCELLENCE (3) is going well with three minor placings from four starts this prep. Continued the trend last start when runner-up over 1m1/4f at Doomben after she was handy all the way. Finds a perfect assignment and can find winning form. PROVEN RECORD (8) was lining up for just the second time last start when sixth over 1m1f at Gold Coast, beaten 5.5 lengths. Has the addition of blinkers. Solid effort on debut a good reference. XTRA LA VITA (6) gave away a big start at the top of the straight last start and finished 6 lengths from the winner in sixth over 1m1/4f at Doomben. Worth plenty of thought.
