MOKUREN (12) has raced twice. Was second on debut then clocked-in 5 lengths from the winner in fifth last time out over 7f at Kentucky. Sits handy in the run. Looks well placed and is worth another chance. DOLCE VINO (15) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6½f at Kentucky, beaten 8 lengths into 11th. Has the ability to find the winners' list. A STERN LADY (3) turned in a moderate debut over 5½f at Ellis Park (Turf) on August 24 when she was safely held in eighth, 6 lengths from the winner. Open to plenty of improvement. Expected to do much better. CARDIFF REEF (2) turned in a moderate effort on debut last start when fifth at Ellis Park (Dirt) over 5½f, beaten 8 lengths. Nicely placed and deserves respect.
