TEMPLE PAYNTER (3) finished second when resuming on turf, beaten 6 lengths at this track. Followed it up with success on the dirt at this track over 1m1/4f three weeks ago. Will find this much easier. Sure to feature. GIO'S BABY GIRL (1) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with just two wins from 28 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fourth over 1m1/2f at this track, beaten 7 lengths. In the right race and there is no reason she cannot get the major prize. CRICKENBERGER (8) gave away a big start and never came on when resuming last start, finishing sixth and beaten 14 lengths over 1m1/2f at this track (Dirt). Has a solid record at this course and distance, including a win and five minor placings. Fernando De La Cruz gets the best out of this five-year-old mare. Nicely placed to turn things around. WATCHER (2) was comfortably accounted for when second last time out over 1m1/2f at this track, beaten 3 lengths, after a win at this track at the previous outing. In contention this time.
