VALLEY STAR (4) broke through for his maiden win over 5¾f at Devonport Synthetic last time. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Shaping up nicely and he is sure to go well. BUZZOFFSKI (8) was a narrow winner by a neck at Devonport Synthetic in a then second at Devonport Synthetic last time. Nice weight drop for this. Takes on a tougher assignment but she should run well. MOMENTSLIKETHESE (10) is back at the races for the first time since March 4. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 5½f at Launceston. Makes plenty of appeal. ROMANTIC EYE (11) is a two-year-old filly on debut from the stable of Brendan Mcshane. By Encryption from Deal With It. Comes here off a Hobart trial. Worth watching for a betting push.
