SEDNA (8) turned in a sound effort last time when third over 6f at this track. Back in trip this time. Strong run last time and is a definite winning chance. MONCLERE (4) last appeared when he finished seventh over 1m at Launceston on January 10. Comes here with definite claims. CARDIOSPHERE (12) showed little early speed last start and failed to come on in the straight when 12th, beaten 9 lengths, over 6f at this track. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. WHATS NEW PUSSYCAT (9) is a seven-start maiden who finished tenth, beaten 5.5 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at Launceston. Definite top-three hope with plenty of improvement to come.
