JUST A NEEDS (1) was sent out favourite last time and scored by a head at this track. Has a good record at this course and distance, including three wins. Rates highly and should go well. STARDARMUS (4) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at Launceston over 7f after being in the firing line all the way. Wide draw and will need a good steer from David Pires. Beautifully placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. MUSCLE UP (2) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when fourth, beaten 1.75 lengths, over 6f at Launceston after he was prominent at the corner. Has further improvement to come and is expected to do much better. Set Weights EET LUCIFER (3) is struggling to break through but hasn't been far away, the latest effort a fourth, beaten 1.5 lengths, over 7f at this track. Strong record with Craig Newitt aboard, including two wins. Solid claims on best form.
