SILVER SPRINGS (7) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at Woolamai, beaten 1. 75 lengths into fourth. Has her share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. GONE WALKABOUT (4) won her maiden over this course and distance last start, getting the verdict by a long neck. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Shaping up nicely and she is a solid top-three hope. THE VILLAGE FOX (3) got off the mark over 1m at Merton last start, scoring by a nose. Shaun Cooper was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the mount. Harder task ahead this time but can measure up.
