TAVI TIME (2) should run fitter after turning in a fair race when resuming over 7f at Randwick. Is a six time winner from six starts second up and is worth following up. VIVY AIR (5) returns from a short break after finishing tenth over 1m in the G1 Doncaster Mile at Randwick. Kept ticking over since that run with a trial win at Wyong. Well placed here and is a strong each-way chance. TAKEN (9) is overdue for a win after just missing last time when second over 1m in the LR Anniversary Vase at Caulfield. Rates well here on recent form and is among the chances again. CAPTAIN FURAI (14) showed good early dash and stalked the pace last start before drawing clear to score by a nose over 7f at Randwick. Takes on a better field this time but can figure in the finish.
