VILLA CASTINA (10) resumes from a lay-off of four-and-a-half months. Could only manage to finish 11th at the latest run over 7f at this track. Tuned up with a fourth in a recent trial at Scone. Good chance to break through. JADE SUNSET (8) finished out of the money on debut two starts back then was beaten 5.5 lengths when seventh over 7f at Newcastle two weeks ago after being in the firing line on the turn. Has the ability to put the recent run of form behind her. MY CARTOUCHE (3) resumes from a lay-off of five months. Could only manage to finish fourth at the latest run over 1m2f at Canberra. Can kick off with a bold showing.
