PUNCH LANE (5) had a bit on his rivals last time with an impressive 4 lengths win over 7½f at Randwick. Should camp just off the leaders. Will prove tough to beat. REGAL ZEUS (8) flew the gates and led throughout to score by a head last start over this journey in the LR Golden Mile at Bendigo. Takes on tougher opposition this time but is expected to be in the finish. TAVI TIME (9) is a genuine five-year-old gelding who resumed with a solid second last time out at Randwick over 7f. Bright prospects. GREEN FLY (15) scored two runs back then was well in commission last time but could only manage to finish fifth over 7½f at Randwick after he had travelled in a rearwards position. Must raise the bar but a better run will not surprise.
