ZARAGOZA (1) didn't do a bad job when fourth last start over 5½f at Canterbury, beaten 1.2 lengths. That followed a win at Kembla Grange the start prior. Will enjoy a drop in class so he can play a big role. LADY SHENANIGANS (10) improved last time out, finishing 2 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 5½f at this track. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. CLOSE ENCOUNTER (3) is a strong fresh performer back after a break of four-and-a-half months and looking to emulate his win at Kembla Grange to kick off the last campaign. One of the genuine hopes in the race.
