SHE'S JESSIE (10) ran below expectations last time at Queanbeyan, finishing fifth and beaten 2 lengths starting at 6/1. Taking on a better line-up this time but she is good enough to play a major role. BLACK ALEXANDRA (14) got well back over 5½f at Gosford last time and never threatened, eventually finishing 6 lengths away in ninth. Finds a nice race and can play a significant role. DRUMS OF WAR (3) showed good early dash and led for much of the way before weakening out of it when 4.5 lengths away in 11th over 6f at Canterbury. Among the main hopes. BOSS (5) returns from a layoff of eight months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 5f at this track. Definite top-three chance.
