THE WIZARD KING (2) showed good early muster and fought on to finish second last start over 6f at Bairnsdale. Should be prominent again from the low draw. Likely improver with strong prospects. HUGHIE (1) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing seventh at Pakenham Synthetic over 5½f after being in the firing line on the corner. Placed to advantage and can run a better race.
