NEON ICON (11) found the line nicely but never threatened over 1m1f in the G3 Falls City Handicap at Churchill Downs (Dirt) last time out when finishing midfield. Honest record at this distance and bold showing expected. . Turned in a better run last time when fourth, beaten 1.4 lengths, at Listed level at Tampa Bay Downs (Dirt) over 1m1/2f. Should park just off the speed. Will give backers a great sight. DAZZLING MOVE (7) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths into fourth. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
