UNDER THE CAP (2) finished tenth two runs back at Glen Innes then improved last time out to score by 0. 9 lengths over 7f at Deepwater. Meets some better types this time but another big run will not surprise. CHANGE THE DATE (3) got the prize two runs ago at Taree. Safely held last time out when ninth over 1m at Ballina, beaten 9 lengths. Has a good record at this course and distance, including three wins. Ideally placed and is sure to be there at the finish. MONTGOMERY (10) showed good early speed from the inside draw last time and led into the straight but faded right out of it, finishing tenth over 5f199yards at this track. Expected to feature. NEXT PAY RUN (6) went forward over 7f at Inverell last time but found a couple better. This is her optimum trip with two wins from four starts and should be in the finish.
