CIGAR MAN (2) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then didn't feature last start when 4 lengths away in fifth over 1m at Gosford after being prominent at the turn. Beautifully placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. RILEYCAT (5) comes back in class after finishing 4 lengths away in tenth over 7½f at Rosehill a week-and-a-half ago when she was never in the picture. Better placed this time and can do much better. MARITIME EXPRESS (4) lifted strongly but just failed to pick up the winner last start over 7f at Albury. Should be near his peak for this. Placed to advantage and can feature in the finish. Set Weights IFT GUN (3) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 7f at Albury, beaten 3. 5 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend. Strips fitter and can feature in the finish.
