CAN DO CANTO (4) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 4 lengths when ninth over 6½f at Dubbo six weeks ago. Beautifully placed and is sure to play a major role. TREZZAMINA (7) lines up for the first time since July 18. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 5f at Ballarat. Rates highly and is likely to be prominent. CAMBRIDGE RULES (9) improved sharply on her seventh two starts back at Bombala with success over 5½f at Harden two weeks ago, getting home by 2.75 lengths. Facing a tougher assignment but she is good enough to figure in the finish. KITTY KARINE (11) improved last time out, finishing 0.7 lengths from the winner in third over 6½f at Moruya. Looks to be in the right race so another bold effort is on the cards.
