O'EXPLOSIVE (1) settled well back last start and never threatened when 6 lengths from the winner in eighth over 7f at Nowra. Ideally placed and is sure to be there at the finish. EPIC STATEMENT (6) did very well to fill a minor placing when resuming at Newcastle but raced below expectations last time over 6½f at Hawkesbury, finishing ninth and beaten 3.5 lengths after being in contention on the turn. Perfectly placed and is sure to be there at the finish. ZIELLE (11) showed little early speed last start and failed to come on in the straight when tenth, beaten 10 lengths, over 1m1/4f at Wyong. Beautifully placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. CASSETTE (9) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Scone, beaten 2.5 lengths into seventh. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
