RAMONES (7) showed good early speed then led into the straight last start before fighting on to finish third, beaten 1.75 lengths, over 6f at Wyong. Well-placed and will take catching. INSIGHTFUL AWARD (10) turned things around last start and landed the prize by 6 lengths over 5½f at Scone. It doesn't get any easier but on her best form she is capable of testing her rivals. MANWE (5) returns from a lay-off of four months. Finished third at Canterbury over 5½f at the when resuming run last prep. Now with leading trainer Peter Snowden. Ran ninth in a trial at Randwick over 3f152yards recently. Solid top-three hope. FLYING ARGYLE (4) had been in top form scoring two wins on end prior to missing the frame last time out at Newcastle. Coming back in journey. Should camp just off the leaders. Deserves respect on best figures.
