Winner of the G1 Breeders Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint last year BIG EVS (9) could only finish third behind ASFOORA (3) in the G1 King Charles III Stakes at Royal Ascot during June. There are reasons to believe he can reverse the outcome as previous course form can count for plenty at this venue and with that in mind is selected to reverse placings from a fair draw. The latter was landing her maiden G1 in the previous event and must be greatly respected despite being drawn out in stall ten. BELIEVING (4) carries a penalty for her recent G2 Sapphire Stakes victory at the Curragh (5f) and cannot be ignored. STARLUST (12) is also considered.
