Looks ready to run following a minor placing in a recent Deagon trial. Looks the one to beat. DEFIANT MISS (6) faced the starter for the first time and finished fourth last start at this track over 6f, beaten 1. 4 lengths. Can improve sharply and is expected to feature. ICYMISS (8) was out of the money on debut two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5½f at this track, beaten 4. 5 lengths into fourth. Ideally placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. SHAQUE D'AMOUR (15) was in the money two starts back at Ipswich then missed the frame but was not too far away last time over 6f at Doomben. Has ability and rates among the chances.
