KIRORO PEAK (1) drifted well back last start before winding up strongly to finish second, beaten 4. 5 lengths, over 1m1 1/2f at Gold Coast Poly. Can figure in the finish again. WEEKEND ARTIST (2) went forward last time but couldn't quicken in the run home and finished fourth over 1m1 1/2f at Gold Coast Poly. Looks to be in the right race to figure in the finish.
