STYNSY (5) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then he got a long way back and was beaten 4.5 lengths when fourth in a 1m1f contest at Sunshine Coast two weeks ago. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. SMELTER (2) missed the frame last time out when seventh over 1m3f at Ipswich. Still a maiden but has been in the money on five occasions. Has been in the frame at all two runs over this trip. Has the blinkers removed. Rates highly and a bold showing is expected. POLLY PRINCESS (10) was a long way back last start but hit the line well to finish sixth, beaten 7 lengths, over 1m1f at Sunshine Coast. Outdashed but got home well and looks suited by the extra ground. Well placed and expected to feature. ARTSPACE (1) hit the frame two starts ago at this track but ran below par last time when eighth and beaten 8 lengths over 1m3f at Ipswich. Open to improvement and should be about the mark.
