DENUTO (2) missed the frame on debut then progressed nicely at his second outing when in contention on the turn, finishing 0.8 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 7f at Grafton. Finds a suitable race and can find the winner's circle. HUMID (9) raced on the speed last time but couldn't finish the race off and clocked-in sixth over 6¾f at Doomben. Among the top chances in what looks a most suitable race. CRIMSON SPIRIT (8) is a two-start maiden who finished ninth, beaten 5.5 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 7f at Beaudesert. Should progress from that last outing and poses a genuine threat. THROTTLE RESPONSE (5) is facing the starter for the first time. By Pierro and comes from the Chris Waller stable. Trialling in good style and looks forward enough. Pay to watch for any positive betting moves.
