Beautifully placed and is sure to be there at the finish. DEVOTED DEPUTY (2) is yet to break through in 17 runs. Finished sixth at his last appearance over 6f at Mudgee on December 6 after he got a long way back in the run. Rates highly in this field and can turn things around. PRESS GAZE (4) raced on the speed last time but couldn't finish the race off and clocked-in ninth over 6f at Dubbo. Solid top-three chance on his best figures. HEFTY PRICE (3) was in the firing line on the turn and finished second last time over 4¾f at Moree when resuming from a lay-off, beaten half a length. Placed to advantage and can run a bold race.
