Race Tip

BANDOLERO (7) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race last time out, finishing fourth and beaten only half a length over 7f at Dubbo after being prominent at the turn. Finds a suitable race and can find the winner's circle. DAWN COUNTY (1) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race when he made late ground and finished 1.75 lengths away in fourth last time out over 6½f at Orange. Beautifully placed and is sure to be there at the finish. CHEEKY NUGGET (4) finds it hard to win with five victories from 63 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when tenth over 7½f at Rosehill, beaten 10 lengths. Won't find this as tough so he is a major player. AMANTAKA (3) was a long way back last start but hit the line well to finish fourth, beaten 5.5 lengths, over 7f at Orange. One to watch for in the concluding stages.
